Dr. Jeffrey Mendelson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and an expert in the area of joint replacement. He completed medical school education at Wayne State University and his Residency through The Detroit Medical Center. He attended a prestigious fellowship in hip and knee reconstruction at the Hospital for Special Surgery at Cornell in New York before returning to the Detroit area to enter private practice. Dr. Jeff has advanced training in Birmingham Hip Resurfacing and has completed hundreds of these procedures. Each year since 2011, he has been named by his peers as an Hour Magazine Top Doc in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Jeff Mendelson practices general orthopedics in both our Livonia and Warren office and he is on staff at both St. Mary Mercy Livonia Hospital and St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren where he serves on the Medical Executive Committee and holds the title of Chief of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
