I consulted Dr. Joseph Maslak for an L5–S1 disc herniation that ultimately required a microdiscectomy, and after meeting with four different orthopedic surgeons across the state, I can confidently say that Dr. Maslak stood out as the best. I went in to see Dr. McCarty earlier this afternoon. The staff was very accommodating, and everyone was attentive towards my concerns.

I brought my brother in to his appointment with Dr. McCarty. My brother had recently fallen, and fractured his back. Dr. McCarty was so kind. He was thorough in his examination of hospital reports, x-rays, and hands on identifying the exact location of the injury. He explained what was needed, and reassured us that the procedure could be addressed quickly. He answered all our questions. We had his full attention. Well,I thought Dr, Varghese was going to be my new orthopedic doctor..I seen him on Thursday December 11th..2025 he has to do two surgeries on my back..I ask for pain medication in his office I have a ruptured disc with exposed nerve Roots my pain is a definite 10! Well I got a runaround for 5 Days no pain medication. So, unfortunately I had to find another surgeon. I never thought this would happen.i am very disappointed in this orthopedic office...I have never had this problem.

Dr Jeffrey Mendelson brings great skill and experience to his patients. He has helped me to better understand my orthopedic needs before and after my surgery. I was provided with pre surgery physical therapy, which helped in my post surgery recovery.

I had never seen a Pain Management Doctor. I saw Dr Kassa because that’s who my spine doctor recommended. Dr Kassa is down to earth, and I didn’t feel any pressure from him to have a procedure done. I’ve tried PT and medication. Which hasn’t helped. He suggested injections which were my next option. My spine doctor said the same thing. He explained the procedure. He even said if he doesn’t feel comfortable and can’t locate the right spots for the injections he will not continue. That is being honest and he’s looking out for my best interest. Not all doctors would do that. I had questions and he politely answered all of them. Never rushed me. He told me his surgical schedule will contact me either that day or the following to get this scheduled. I saw him on Tuesday. It’s now Friday and haven’t heard from Michelle the surgical schedule. Who’s dropping the bomb on this? I’m not happy not hearing from her and getting my procedure scheduled. I will be sedated so I need to have a drive. This puts me in a predicament without much notice. I was hoping to have this scheduled this week so I could take care of what I need to do and not feel rushed. I know everyone is busy with their jobs and maybe she didn’t get my paperwork. I hope I get a call from someone today (1/30/27). *You will not be disappointed with Dr Kassa!

I have not rarely worked with a physician who has it all--expertise, patience, great bedside manner, with attention to detail. I've said in the past and many times since that I believe he saved my hand post severe wrist fracture. Most recently, we talked about some numbness in that thumb, no pain, just annoyance. I have been in pain with my wrists for over 7 months now. I was referred to Mendelson by my primary care doctor after the original hand surgeon I saw retired. Everyone at the office was so nice and caring, Dr Kohn showed me my x-rays and explained everything to me and said I could take the shot and hopefully it'll work and if not if I choose to have surgery after that we will go from there. Even though the shot hurt like hell I'm hoping that it'll take care of my problem and I won't have to have surgery but unfortunately I don't know because I just got the shot yesterday. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who is in pain I've heard wonderful things about them and a lot of my friends have been there and so I'm hoping I get the same results

This place is great. The Doctors are very personable. Dr. Kassa is awesome, he really made me feel at ease while doing the EMG. Yes there was some discomfort when he did the testing but gave a heads up with a 3 count and showed empathy understanding the discomfort. He made conversation during the test so there was a great distraction.

My wife had her knee replacement surgery at this surgery center. They are outstanding, from the initial point of contact, DR Jeffery Mendelson lead us through the steps right through the surgery. The staff and nurses are very kind and caring, the IV anesthesiologist, surgeon and assistants , the recovery nurses, provide follow up information and instructions, they called on the phone and checked in with us before we went to bed for the night to see if everything was going good. These are the benchmark that other centers should be measured by. We certainly recommend this medical center of excellence, they were understanding, and kind , we have never had any joint replacements, it can be a little bit of a worry, all of that was cleared away, these are the most skilled and knowledgeable doctors and nurses we have ever met. You can trust them completely to do the right things for you or your family when you need to get a replacement. Knee , hip, shoulder. They will provide the information and caring service you need and deserve.

I am 2 weeks post-op shoulder procedure with Dr. Mendelson. I have full range of motion back (had it right after surgery), and have returned to all activities without pain. Before seeing Dr. Mendelson, I had been struggling with significant pain and limited use of my shoulder for 6 months after an injury, and a different orthopedic surgeon wanted to give it more time. Dr. Mendelson truly listened to the level of pain I was fighting through daily, explained my condition and options thoroughly, and fit me in before the holiday for this life-changing procedure. He has significant clinical expertise in a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical options, and both my wife (who was my PT) and I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Mendelson for your orthopedic needs. Dr McCarty and his staff were very friendly and caring. Dr McCarty was very knowledgeable. Dr McCarty told me I was a candidate for surgery, but only when I was ready. He did offer alternatives until I felt I needed surgery. I went to Dr McCarty for a second opinion, because the first Dr told me my only option was surgery. I came up from Florida to see Dr McCarty; I don’t regret that decision. If it comes down to surgery, I’d come to Michigan to have him do the surgery.

Dr Bohm is awesome! I was fortunate enough to be in the team’s office for a follow up with his colleague. That Dr (Kassa) noticed an ace bandage on my right hand/wrist and inquired about the injury. I explained to him that I was in extreme pain and was planning to see a specialist (different office) and the soonest I could get in was 1/12/25. He immediately said “No, we’re going to get you taken care of right now) they DID! I not only got to see Dr Bohm, he ordered X-rays, gave me a cortisone injection and made sure the meds I was prescribed were aligned with the plan of treatment he came up with on the spot! After the X-rays Dr Bohm sat with me to review them and he took his time to make sure I understood my diagnosis what that meant and all treatment options available to me. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge/ability & willingness to take the time to do that so articulately. I went to that office for a follow up regarding back/neck injections, which are great! To having a new hand specialist and being taken care of on the spot. When just hours before I was pacing the floor at home contemplating going to the ER. A place we all know would have done nothing but waste hours of my life. I couldn’t be more thankful to the people at this office and especially Dr Bohm. If you have the need for this type of Dr or any other Dr honestly, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, this place is truly amazing. Filled with not only Dr’s but a staff that truly cares about the patient. That’s right, a Dr’s office full of people that care about there patients. It’s amazing to finally have one of these back!

First I love all my doctor's here I've been coming here for 15 years + I know my doctor's want to see me everyone at this place knows me I'm in here 1 two 3 times a month I owe a small balance and billing will not let me see my doctor's and get treatment I offered to pay what I can I'm on ssdi and I'm refused over fourteen hundred dollars I offered to pay at least half I had 4 mri last year that was most of my bill my insurance company blue care network has had 3 people call 2 nurses and a social worker call trying to get me seen I had a procedure set up in december it got canceled not the doctor's fault the O.R room was to cold do to building issues and the billing lady would not let me reschedule at no fault of my own there billing will hold your medical care to your throat for a small amount like I said I love my doctor's but I'm not allowed to see them over some one who's not a medical provider. Update I was able to see one of my doctors today after going a while and talking with a different person It was a relief to get in there like before my doctor's are great here as always I see doctor Singh he's great Dr bohm he's great Dr alice she's great. I pray and hope I can continue to see them there top doctor's It would be 5 stars I just worry about billing. Doctor's are great. 100% and staff all of them.

Dr. Mayo has been absolutely amazing from my first visit to the final post-surgery follow-up. I originally went to him for a meniscus tear, but after looking at the MRI, he explained it was too minor to operate on at the time. A few months later, I took another major tackle and he confirmed I finally needed the surgery. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Even though our sessions felt a bit hurried at times, he always made sure to provide all the info I needed and answered every question I had. Everything was explained clearly on the day of the surgery, too. Post surgery he explained that I had a complete tear which he did not anticipate and fixed it accordingly. I followed his advice for six weeks of non-weight bearing, 6months of no training/games except PT. Now I’m back playing in my rec leagues like almost nothing ever happened. I’d recommend Dr. Mayo 100%—in fact, I’ve already sent a few friends his way.

1. 2024 Saw Dr Kevin Lee who is an exceptional surgeon. He has successfully helped me with my sciatica pain on the left side with an epidural which has been pain-free since seeing him in 2022. 2. summer 2025 went to see Dr Lee for a problem on the right side that started after hip replacement and again after epidural I'm pain free. The Synergy employees are always kind and very helpful. 3. fall 2025 back again for back pain on left side with bulged discs. Will be having my 3rd epidural soon. 4. December 2025 Dr Lee successfully diagnosed a nerve issue that took 3 area nerve shots around my spine on January 2026 that took away lower back pain across my whole back

I am 72. I had both hips replaced three months apart. I still can’t believe how quickly I recovered. I give Dr. Bhullar all of the credit for that. Not only is he a very competent surgeon he is very personable. I Instantly felt comfortable. He explained the surgery completely to me. He also showed me my last X-ray and explained everything I noticed how passionate he is about his job. The patients state of mind goes a long way to aid in their recovery. But the bottom line is he is an amazing surgeon. I had a minimal amount of pain, considering the type of surgery I went through.

Was given PA at first. I reported little help from PT for leg and back pain. She suggested only steroid injections. I requested see Dr Oddo. He offered SI injectios both legs after more PT. We discussed compression stockings and spinal injections. Need more tips on living day to day with arthritis, neurothropy, and osteoporosis without persistent pain.

I had a consult with Dr. Jeffery Mendelson on 12/3/25. Dr. Mendelson X-Ray technician took multiple x-rays of my knees, back and spine. Dr. Mendelson reviewed all of my x-rays with me and recommended that I should not remove a large calcium bone growth below my right knee cap because it was attached to my petular tendon. Dr Mendelson explained that their would be more harm than good if the bone growth was removed. I was happy that Dr. Mendelson took the time and explained all my options in detail. This visit was an awesome experience! I have been in pain for months before I found out about doctor Munk and the team, he got the ball rolling in the same day with a pain management doctor. What took months with no end in sight with others, In just one day of my time I had all the answers and began treatment. Appointment was on time and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Mayo did my rotator cuff surgery 3 months after I slipped on the snow, fell on my shoulder and upper arm. I didn't know I tore the muscles and tendons, waited for it to get better before seeking help. It took a couple months of tests and scheduling before I had the surgery at a surgery center in Warren. I was leary of the center as I've never even heard of a surgery center but it was well run, clean and efficient. After 5 or 6 months of rehab and follow-up visits I am back to normal with no lingering problems.

Dr. Jeffrey Mendelson is an exceptional Dr. He has managed my treatment for fractured pelvis and torn rotator cuff injuries which I sustained in a fall last year. The pelvis did not require surgery but did require in house rehabilitation, in home PT and outpatient PT. While the rotator cuff surgery did require surgery, which he performed, in home PT and outpatient PT. In all of these situations Dr. Medelson and his team provided outstanding professional care which is leading to a successful recovery. HOWEVER I will leave my 5 star rating as he has left the practice. Dr Hanish Singh and his staff are the saving grace to my review. This man is amazing. He is kind, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me with every pain I have experienced since I have been in his care. He does not throw medication at me and send me away. He takes the time to find out what the problem is and he works as hard as he can to fix it without causing more damage. I brought my son in to see Dr. Klein for an ingrown toenail. He took care of it on the initial visit. Considering how unpleasant the treatment seems (we knew it would be, as my husband had this done by a different doctor) Dr. Klein made it as easy and comfortable as it could have been. I have had a very long wait, like 2 hours to see Dr. Abood. Normally I don’t have to wait nearly as long but he said he only had 2 rooms to work out of and only had 1 medical assistant. As an established patient, I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today. My insurance requires a referral. As soon as I hung up with the appointment scheduler I called my PCP to get a referral and they expedited to my doctor. This morning, instead of calling me, I received an automated text message before 9:15 AM that my 11:15 AM appointment has been cancelled due to not receiving a referral. I immediately called and was told there are no appointments today and looking at next week it is a short holiday week. Being in a lot of pain and frustration because I know remember two years ago dealing with this office was a complete nightmare, I hung up. The doctors are fantastoc! The admin help has always been terrible. Patients suffer because no one can be bothered to check in and see if the referral was even requested. Backs been out since Sunday, barely walking, ER did nothing, still no help. Gotta love these corporate run facilities- money over patients. Terrible.

So far I've seen Dr. Steve Mendelson, Dr.Singh and Dr. McCarty. They were very pleasant, understanding, and listened. I feel i was heard. Check in was easy and quick. I needed xrays for my shoulder and my back. Each visit the staff was polite, fast, efficient, and not a wait at all. The technicians were also very friendly and made you feel welcome. I have an hour drive to get here but it was well worth it. I'm very pleased with this office. I was sent home with equipment i needed and prescriptions. Both were filled on site and it was quick! So much better than a walk in pharmacy. After Dr.Singh's visit i had an MRI and everyone involved were so great. I wish all Drs. And staff were this welcoming to us. I've never felt this comfortable and more relaxed, (. well as much as i can while in pain). I really love the whole atmosphere in this office.
